Over and over the gospels reveal a flesh wearing God who wasn\u2019t preoccupied by where He was going but was fully present to the people He encountered along the way. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this series, kids will encounter a Jesus who is fully love yet unfathomably powerful. They will encounter a Jesus whose words command nature to obey and whose compassion for the hungry crowds compels Him to do the impossible\u2014a Jesus who heals a blind man and a sick woman, commands a girl who has died to get up, and strolls across storm-tossed waters. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kids will encounter a miracle-working Jesus who sees them, loves them, and will stop at nothing to be with them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-vimeo wp-block-embed-vimeo wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe title=\"New Series: Now That&#039;s a Miracle Facebook Live\" src=\"https:\/\/player.vimeo.com\/video\/794620758?h=323150f3ec&amp;dnt=1&amp;app_id=122963\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"autoplay; fullscreen; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Series Invitation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A few years ago, my daughter went blind. Overnight, her world grew dim, and everything became shapeless shadows in dim pastels interrupted by black dots.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We prayed for a miracle. We asked friends and family to storm Heaven with petitions on behalf of our child. Yet months went by with no improvements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>How do you define miracle? Have you ever witnessed one? Have you received one? As we prayed for my daughter, I realized that I defined&nbsp;a miracle as the end of a story\u2014like \u201chappily ever after.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But what if a miracle is just the beginning? What if it doesn\u2019t look like what we think or hope it will? Our God is beyond understanding. His&nbsp;ways are higher than our ways.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Kids will encounter a miracle-working Jesus who sees them, loves them, and will stop at nothing to be with them.<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A year later, a doctor declared that my daughter would be healed. Within the month, she experienced fully restored sight! Her healing&nbsp;was not the miracle I experienced though.
